This week stands no chance when I’m in fighting form! Here I am with the incredible LA based trainer @theetiffmarie who kicks my butt every morning and it’s so worth it. It’s the one year anniversary of my lifestyle change from sedentary to active and also eating 80% vegetables in my diet and I can’t tell you the positive changes I experience every single day. I’m full of energy, motivation and confidence. My skin, hair and nails haven’t looked this great since before my first baby and my mood is great. I’ve battled depression and anxiety for most of my life, so getting my heart rate up and eating well for a whole year has been a true game changer for me.
