Lilacs seem to bloom everywhere in the spring in Georgia ??. On my road trip through the country last April, I asked if we could stop to checkout the fortress on the hill. As my friend Sarah of @tastegeorgia and I walked towards it, we were handed this gorgeous bunch of flowers by a local, a complete stranger.

Beauty and kindness are everywhere.

Be open to it instead of filling your awareness with the hostility, anger and grief that so often poses as “news.” Don’t allow yourself to wallow in the outrage, darkness and fear so many want to spread.
Start looking for goodness and you’ll start to see it. Look for those beautiful little moments and you’ll find joy.

It’s out there, everywhere. Pass it on. ?
