Alright. So in all honesty, I’m a little nervous because I’m going to start running and as much as I dance and try to stay in shape, cardio has always been a weak point for me. The only time I’ve ever run has been crossing the street when the blinking crosswalk guy starts gettin crazy.
To do this, I've partnered with Nike and the NRC app to participate in the Nike Run Club Challenge. I’d love for you to join the challenge with me so I don't go it alone.
