In the early planning stages of @hankskerchiefs, I made the decision that there would always be a charity component baked into our DNA: a portion of each sale would help raise money for a different cause throughout the year. As I mentioned when we launched back in November, our initial cause would be the wildfire recovery efforts here in California. Since the recovery efforts had just begun and we had a few weeks till the end of the year, I figured we would use those first weeks as a trial run and help those in need right here in our home state of California. We are happy to announce that we raised just shy of 4,000 dollars for the California Community Fund, @calfund.
