I added @cs1fit to my team at the beginning of this offseason, and (if I can say this without gagging) it’s truly been a pleasure to work with him this winter. Cody and I actually go way back (to Mrs. Forrester’s 2nd grade class at Chaparral Elementary School #GoHawks); and it’s been a pleasant surprise to see that the overzealous kid who made his hands into bullhorns and threatened to head butt his classmates has grown into this amazing athlete and intelligent trainer, who only head butts people that really deserve it ?. There’s nothing better than great coaches who are also great humans. Mrs. Forrester would be super proud! #Esketit
