For all that is bundled up inside of you,
first forgive yourself,
For all the negativity you see of yourself in the mirror,

For all the pain that you may have brought on to others unbeknownst to you,

For all the negative words you say to yourself,
first forgive yourself
For all of the thoughts of self doubt,
first forgive yourself
For all of the comparisons you have with others,
first forgive yourself
For all of the things you thought you’d achieve but didn’t,
first forgive yourself
For all of the times you should have just laughed it off instead of holding on,
first forgive yourself
For always having everyone’s back but your own...
first forgive yourself
For putting everyone else first but yourself,
first forgive yourself
For letting all the outside forces of the world get to you,
first forgive yourself
For letting everyone else’s words and actions affect you,
first forgive yourself

Forgiveness starts with the self.
