As a new exhibition of her collages opens in London, we asked punk artist legend @lindersterling about her practice, process and feminism. “‘Feminism’ used to be seen as a dirty, ugly word by mainstream media. When I was a teenager in a small village near Wigan feminism to me was the most glorious, wonderful and slightly occluded movement,” she says. “I didn’t know anybody else who read the books I read or got excited about the ideas I was being exposed to...
