We bid a fond, four hour farewell to the Old Man at @スタン・リー #Excelsior tribute show Wednesday night at the @chinesetheatres! It was a Stan love-fest during which folks like @hamillhimself, @laurencefishburneofficial, @クラーク・グレッグ, @joeydaq, @rza, @セス・グリーン and more told tales of Mister @Marvel Entertainment himself. Even the legit-geeky @mayorofla was there to posthumously present the Key to the City with Stan’s face on it at the sensational ceremony! It was a wonderful way to salute our myth making Maestro - the guy who longed to write the great American novel, but never realized he’d done it over and over again with his fantastic friends! The world didn’t need another In Cold Blood - it needed Spider-Man, Black Panther, and The Avengers.
