Yesterday marked the 25th anniversary of Green Day’s album #dookie ...one of the most important albums of all time. This is a portrait of them I painted one dot at a time, using the lyrics to their latest album Revolution Radio to render their likenesses in different shades of orange...the fire that burns so fiercely in punk rock. It is entitled “patRIOTs” and measures 85 inches wide by 56 inches tall. Acrylic paint on canvas. DM me if interested in purchasing.
