Looks like it’s a busy day at Daddy Day Care ? @jacquibarkerphotography spotted this super dad taking his 30 chicks for a casual stroll in @southaustralia’s #CoffinBay National Park, where wild #emus are a pretty common sight. Located 45 minutes from @port_lincoln in the @eyrepeninsula, this national park is a scenic #wildlife haven that’s packed with lush bushland, high windswept cliffs and pristine sandy beaches. Fun emu fact: The emu father is always the sole parent of the chicks. After laying her eggs, the mother leaves the Dad to incubate the precious parcels, and then care for the little ones for up to two years.
