Posted @withrepost • @erikhaakephoto My first ever attempt at shooting stars, and from the bottom of the Grand Canyon! I shot this at 83 seconds using the built in Star tracking feature in my Pentax K1. It's an amazing feature that lets you shoot much longer exposures of the stars without needed specialized equipment. Of course it will blur anything in the foreground, so this is a blend of one shot for the stars and another for the landscape.
