Never thought I’d see the day I would be this lean at 66kg! This was the goal ✅ so we have hit a new muscle mass PR I believe haha. I was pumped to see how much my traps have grown with this physique check in for my vlog - swipe ?? to see in the second photo! ? I just uploaded the video on YouTube from training camp with a full day of eating and the macros. The link to the video is in my bio ?? ——— There is no one size fits all program for training or dieting - I strongly believe in individualization for both lifting and nutrition coaching. All of my programming and coaching is based on what works best for each person & what the best path for success is going to be for them. What works for one person won’t work for the next, hence why the vast majority fail with online calculators etc. to guide their nutrition. I swear sometimes I just look at protein and gain muscle LOL! I also perform best eating ratios with high carb and low fat, whereas others need a higher fat intake to feel their best. Everyone also responds to stimulus differently. I probably train a lot less than my competitors . . but I respond to a stimulus faster than the norm as well. I take a bit longer to recover from hard training than others because my body changes so fast. This also means when I am taking a break from lifting or my training is reduced, my body changes fast the opposite direction as well. There is a fine line for me to walk to find the right amount of stress to keep improving without over reaching.
