東京出身のロースター兼バリスタの山根氏が代表を務める、熊本が拠点のロースターカフェ。
高品質なコーヒーを焙煎・提供する為に、可能な限りコーヒー生産地に行き、現地でコーヒー豆を選定、購入する事を目標にしている。

山根氏の焙煎する豆は、フレッシュで果実味が溢れ、クリーンで甘さのある風味のコーヒーに仕上がっている。

 ■AND COFFEE ROASTERS (@andcoffeeroasters)

Mr. Yamane is roaster and barista.
His shop is representative Kumamoto’s roaster cafe.
In order to roast and provide high quality coffee, they go to the coffee producing area as much as possible and aim to select and purchase coffee beans locally.

Mr. Yamane's roasted beans are full of fresh fruit flavors, finished in a clean and sweet flavorful coffee.
