I wanted to make every excuse in the book today to not workout cause of being tired from Jace’s sleep regression or just from the mere fact of being lazy but this little girl helped motivate me! But also bescause my trainer @erinoprea is a badass and I always feel great after. I honestly feel so much better after I work out though and I need to remind myself how important self care is. Agree?
