Very sad to report my old friend and mentor David Beaird passed away peacefully in his home yesterday. He was a brilliant writer and a kind compassionate person. We worked on many projects together including the television series “Key West”and the films “Scorchers” and “The Civilization of Maxwell Bright”. He made me feel I could do anything. Gone too soon. ?
