Our Valentine’s Day dessert at @189bydominiqueansel, where the menu is all about our favorite movie love stories. This one’s inspired by the diner scenes in Grease, with a Chocolate Mousse & Ganache “Burger” with macaron “buns” topped with toasted sesame seeds, pistachio whipped ganache “lettuce,” and a strawberry gelée slice of “tomato.” And to wash it all down, a chocolate malted milkshake.
