Little doggie how I love you!

My husband was traveling last week and he obviously missed Rocco because on his last day away he texted me this at 4:30am…
“I hope I don’t wake you but I couldn’t sleep because I had a dream about Rocco and I couldn’t stop thinking about it. We were at a park and Rocco was dressed up like a little kid. He had a little orange and green jacket and he was walking on two legs and stuck out his right paw for me to hold as we crossed the street. When we crossed the street there were some little kids there with another dog and Rocco went up to the other dog and pet him and hugged him and he spoke and said, “little doggie how I love you.” And then he laid down in the grass by the other dog. Then, I woke up and because I’m not home I couldn’t check on him. So, when you wake up, can you check on him and hug him and tell him little doggie how I love you even though he’ll probably hate it.”

It’s safe to say that seeing Rocco deteriorate and age has shaken us to the core and if he passes it will debilitate us but the good thing is we don’t have to worry about that because he’s living forever ❤️
