to me one of the most important things is that working on my team is FUN for everyone, cause that’s the point right ?! we are all living our dreams from when we were little kids - my choreographers used to make up dances in front of the mirror, I used to sing Hannah montana songs when my parents left for Publix in my room, the musicians found themselves addicted to an instrument instead of going to ply sports, and that’s what it should feel like now that we get to do this for a living too!!! I am happy to say everyone was emotional as hell even before we got onstage, there were tears shed after too, but we had the time of our lives making this - we had the time of our lives in rehearsal - and I’m super proud that I have a team that works on this like it’s a hobby - not resting, not sleeping, not stopping until it’s what we imagined ✨✨✨ to me , that’s worth more than every award ! I love you guys and am so thankful to work with such talented , dedicated creatives #grammys2019
