Video by @Tim Laman. You have to admire these tough little Adelie Penguins, going in and out of this rocky beach while waves crash amongst huge chunks of ice. I shot this on a rather raw day at Paulet Island, Antarctica. Sometimes, you just want to capture the action on video like I did here, because it tells the story better than a still image can. For example here I have slowed the video to half speed. So I always try to have my Gitzo Systematic tripod and Gimbal Head with me, even when the primary mission might be shooting stills.
