Nordics| 2 sets for 3-8 reps -

Single leg dead lifts| 2 sets for 20 reps total -

Alternating deficit reverse lunges| 2 for 20 reps total -

T-bar squats| 2 sets for 15 reps -

Hyper extensions (feet flared out)| 2 sets for 20 reps -

Band burnout ladder-Glute bridges right into abductors| Start at 10 and count down to 1. 10 reps each -
