NO GYM HOTEL WORKOUT! So many of you have asked me to post different workout moves you can do when you are traveling…so here ya go! Don’t forget to check out my workout programs on the @fitplan_app. I have over 6 different ones to choose from depending on your goals!
MOVE 1 - Lateral leg lift. Squeeze you inner thighs and keep your back straight and your toes facing forward! The leg you are standing on should be slightly bent.

MOVE 2 - Hot-tub box jump ? You can do box jumps on so many different things! Remember to land light on your feet and with soft knees.

MOVE 3 - Elevated glute bridge. Grab something you can elevate your legs with (like an outdoor table or a chair) and squeeze that peach and lift as high as you can!

MOVE 4 - Backward leg raise - Grab onto something for some support and lift one leg up and back. Resume the initial position and repeat.

MOVE 5 - Knee to elbow oblique burn - Lift both legs and bring your left elbow to your right knee. Repeat by keeping your legs lifted and bring your right elbow to your left knee. Trust me you will feel the burn on this one!

MOVE 6 - Side plank-Keep your core engaged for the entire duration of your side planks for the most effective workout.

MOVE 7 - Side crunch. Contract abs in a slow and controlled motion to feel the burn! Avoid pulling on the back of the head and neck. Breathe through it!
