So this is pneumonia. My chest infection which I had three weeks ago, I didn’t take seriously. I continued exercising, partying and working. ??‍♀️ Turns out, I’m not superwoman and yesterday I was admitted to hospital because I was struggling to breathe. Luckily my oxygen levels weren’t low enough, so I’ve been given antibiotics and told to rest. I’m being reassessed by doctors on Monday but life lesson here is to listen to my body and not feel guilty when resting! There’s nothing quite like not being able to breathe and coughing up a lung every five minutes....
