“I’m a stylist originally from Mandeville, Jamaica . I grew up in Westchester and the Bronx. When I was a kid, Jordan’s were too expensive at times, so when I got the opportunity to have my own Air Jordan 1 and Air Force 1 I wanted to make them not only cool but meaningful. My brother Rohan passed away 2 years ago and I wanted to somehow honor him while still paying tribute to the city that made me who I am today. I decided an all black shoe for the AJ1. The Black was for my brother and the 3M represented NYC lights. The embroidered rose on the back is the same tattoo I have on my back. I wanted everyone who bought the shoe to wear that rose. The AF1 has the same concepts in mind, mostly black with 3M and silver satin. The silver satin around the shoe represents a silver lining. Every struggle I had in life led me to this moment.
