I know Monday can feel like a drag for many.
I often catch myself feeling the weight of the impending week and all it’s pressures. Like, did I order enough catnip? ?
Is my taco tongue going to be sufficient this Tuesday? ??
Will the lighting cooperate in order to get a decent shot of my whiskers for Wednesday? ??
Will I be able to stay awake for the Friday night box party this time? ??
Will Mom stay on top of responding to all of our IG friend’s comments? ??‍♀️?
The thoughts keep piling up... ???

That’s when I take out my mat and work on shifting my focus away from all the “mind chatter”, placing my attention on my breathing instead.
Now, if you’ll kindly excuse me, I’m off to play with my #singingbowl, followed by some sun salutations. ☀️??‍♂️
