Happy Monday! I’ve never really followed that motto “new year, new me” - I prefer to live in the moment and challenge myself to achieve multiple goals throughout the year. My biggest one coming up? When I used to do boxing it was crazy intense.. loved my coach he trained firls n boys together on same level. I got serious abs in 2 months while also doing swimming.. so worked out 4x a week.. thursdays doing both 😥 cant believe some of the intense stuff I did back then..

Hey Cheryl as a former spin instructor You’ll burn a lot of calories in a shorter amount of time also interval workouts on the treadmill. Lot of fun and you challenge yourself while rocking out. Have fun!

I just did a kick-boxing course and loved it but was getting migraines again I think from the force of hitting a resistant object. But are already wedding-ready!
