Recently, @penguinrandomhouse uinrandomhouse commissioned me to illustrate the cover art for @heykatewilliams awesome new book - The Babysitters Coven. In Kate’s words “The Babysitters Coven tells the story of a couple of witchy babysitters who have to master their superpowers and cast a few spells to save a kid, and the world, from evil. It's full of fashion, '90s references and fart jokes, and I hope it's really funny (I made myself LOL a lot while writing it, but I also don't get a ton of sleep). These characters lived in my computer for a long time, and in my head for even longer, and the fact that they will soon be out in the world (Sept 17) is equal parts thrilling and terrifying. I am currently calming my nerves by reminding myself that nothing is ever a total lost cause, and that if people really hate it, they can always rip out the pages and use them to mop up spills.” Which includes my cover art too ;)

As a fan of 90’s references and fart jokes, I think I’ll enjoy reading the book as much as I enjoyed drawing the cover! Thanks again to all involved for making such a cool project.
