Learning to honor allllll of my feelings has been one of the great challenges of my life. The ones that feel too scary to express because I don’t know where they began or how they will end. The ones that, if expressed, may cause someone else to (God forbid ) experience big feelings too. The ones that sideswipe me or seem to emerge from thin air or linger longer than expected. I’m never quite sure what to do with these ?

Being an artist has been such a gift in this way. Acting, writing, dancing, speaking, and creating have been divine outlets for me to explore the corners and crevices of our human experience and hopefully help someone feel a little less alone. I’m also blessed to have an amazing tribe! But before I had a tribe, it was just me & my art. It’s where I go to lose myself + then find myself again. What about you?
