We all have big goals and it is so important to have that big picture vision of where it is you are going and what it is you want. That is what gives us direction. But too much focus on the outcome can cause overwhelm and paralysis because that is not where we are today. The work we need to focus on each day is simply that one step that can move us forward in the direction that we want to go. This is where the one degree shifts happen that move you in the direction you need to go, taking one step at a time, and creating momentum on the path to the outcome you want. You will get there.
