Leaving DC last night in style. Long way from gigs in a station wagon with a hole in the floor during the winter in Massachusetts. With my fly or die @itskelsitaylor bundled up cuz we live in California and we’ve become cold air wimps. I’m wearing Han Solos coat from Hoth and my girl is rockin’ the first fresh off the assembly line Dane Cook merch. Plush hoodie.. cozy as fuck.
This tour is building and growing fast. I thought it might. Don’t call it a comeback it’s a takeback and a giveback. 29 years strong. Touring all the way to 30 years of success. Lotta scrapes, bruises & scars earned on the way but too many glorious high water marks to dull all the bs away.
Come out to a show. See a performer not only loving it like day one but I’ve learned so many new tools to add to my arsenal. I’m an assassin so come let me kill you.
Okay this just got hardcore. Gonna ease off the gas and get ready for St Louis & Chicago and so should you.

Dane, I've been a fan for over half that 30 year career and have respected & rooted you the whole time. I travel for business a lot too, and aspire to get to your level. Glad to see you're laser focused and getting love from the world as a result. I wasn't expecting to home for your show in SF but it turns out I am, looking into tickets now.
