Spike has always been beyond his powerful speech and always being outspoken for those of you know will understand SO many more layers and levels of symbolism was displayed..... Spike paid his dues to Hollywood and never compromised his integrity and WORLD VIEWS for nobody..... Folks May not always agree but it will be spoken.... While you guys thought he was just wearing some custom J’s Michael JORDAN stepped in and cut a REAL check when Spike Lee ran out of money in the middle of filming the bio pic MALCOLM X starring my hero DENZEL WASHINGTON ( facts ) and he was devastated when he lost his brother/legend/genius and close friend Prince.... So him wearing purple ( Prince favorite color ) and his custom Gold J’s ( showing real respects all across the board ) were all celebrating Spike Lee’s WIN!!!!! And thank you for believing in and rocking with our angel @therealruthecarter ( was also the stylist for the Malcolm X movie ) from the beginning!!! Thank you to @アカデミー賞 I know you guys have had a lot of snags and caught a lot of heat over the years..... You guys got it ALL the way right now..... #RealBlackRegalRoyalHistory
