“My New Year's resolution is to grow stronger, both physically and mentally. 2018 had its challenges - so this year, I’m really looking to take control back of how I handle and cope with the difficult parts of life. My fun, superficial way of tracking my progress is to learn how to do a controlled handstand by the end of the year. I’ve never tried a handstand, before this resolution. It was always a fear of mine to not have control over my body. So now I’m facing that fear, and having an absolute blast. I’m learning about myself, challenging myself, growing confidence and self-worth, and engaging with the community more - all because of a silly handstand resolution. ” - Katie
