未来館のエントランスには不思議な形をした築山があります。自然・科学・人をインタラクティブにつなげることをコンセプトに未来館は設計されていますが、この築山では「科学と自然がぶつかり合ったり、溶けあったりしてできる分子を思わせる形」を表現しています。ただ今、築山を覆う芝生は休眠中ですが、初夏には緑の美しい姿に変化します。もうすぐ春、少しずつ季節も変化していますね。
In front of the entrance of Miraikan, there are several unique-shaped artificial hills. The landscape concept is to encourage interactions between nature, science and humans, and these hills represent the colliding and fusing of molecules. The Japanese lawn glasses that covers the hills are currently brown, but soon they will turn to beautiful green in the early summer. Spring is just around the corner!
