@delta I have been a skymiles member for over 10 years and still wanting on a reply from a poor customer service experience and canceled flight from over a month ago! Doesnt really matter it seems like.

I’ve had nothing but a great experience with Delta. BOS - LAX - CDG- ATL - GDL. For a truly bad experience try Spirit or Allegiant
