pistolwolves Hi guys! Please reconsider phasing out door greeters! They’re one of the main reasons I go to walmart as opposed to target. Many disabled/elderly/mentally handicapped people work those positions and I fear they will loose their sources of income and the sense of community working at walmart provides. I understand times are changing but face to face interactions are something that can not be replaced with machines.

katiekat1719 One of your employees yelled at my mother for wanting to return an item (brand new, unopened and well within return window), told her to go to a different store, and refused to help. She wanted to call security on us for holding up the line since “we can’t do returns from other Walmart stores”. Huh 🙄😂
