stuartwisken Stop using your status to promote unhealthy methods of weight loss. This is an abuse for god's sake. Why not promote a healthy living cook book. The only way for sustained weight loss is a balanced diet and good exercise, not skipping meals and replacing them with pills and drink supplements!!!!
