i always enjoy challenging myself and pushing my own limits. getting uncomfortable and seeing what my body can do. i have fully embraced my new journey of returning to competition after the birth of my daughter. it’s a mix of emotions- excitement, doubt, exhaustion and lots in between. some days I feel like a beast. other days i feel overwhelmed. it’s a constant balancing act pushing to be my best on the track while striving to be the best mother & wife at home. through all the ups and downs I’m most excited to be able to look back one day and show my daughter what strength looks. i desperately want her to understand she can accomplish whatever her heart desires.

essencerae_ This is beautiful! I am the same way. My husband and I have 3 children and are both in the military. I also started my own fitness business. This required me to be out of the home more than I would like. However, I know that God called me to be a witness of Him through fitness. A friend once said, "the things God gave you will compete with each other." He knows we can handle it all, it is just up to us to consult Him as to how. Open communication with my husband and a lot of prayer is how I am tackling it. Always remembering that my family is my first ministry. Blessings to you and your family Love@

I’m learning and believing though that His grace is sufficient for me and us all 🙏🏽😉xoxo
