I workout 6 days a week for a 1 1/2 hours. I rotate it up between leg days then upper body. Cardio I switch it up doing intervals on the treadmill, stair master or cycling. My health is important to me and so is staying strong. 💪 #workout #fitness #health #strength #gym #armday
