AD As you know, this year I am committed to making little changes every month (and sticking to them!) that will hopefully add up to big changes for our planet. I don’t live a perfect life by any means but I think if we start accepting that and looking at little ways to live better, we really can make a difference. All of your comments on my last post about this (and there were over 800!!) suggest you guys feel the same too!

One of the things I’m keen to do is to teach my girls about the world we live in and the help it needs. @orsted is the green energy leader dedicated to providing green energy and sustainable living. They found that many parents find it difficult to talk to children about climate change so Ørsted’s new book ‘Is This My Home’ aims to help us open up the conversation with our children in a comfortable, fun way!

Pearl is obviously too little to understand (although did want to get involved in these pictures, the little monkey!!) but Darcy is becoming more and more aware and has a lot of questions. It’s nice to have a book like this to help tackle that dialogue, motivate us to look for answers and to inspire us to make even more changes, even more often. Darcy is such a caring child, like most of our children I would think, so anything I can do to help foster that desire in her, I will.
