Woke up today feeling overwhelm & some sadness. It's tough, especially when I don't really know where the feeling is coming from. Last thing I wanted to do was get up & go to the gym. I told myself, "you feel down & that's OK. Just TRY to get to the gym. Just start walking, & if you get there & still don't want to work out... That's fine. Just show up."
I'm happy I did. The feelings are still there... but they've got a little less control :) What's one thing you can do for yourself today, that you can look back on at the end of the day and say "you know what... at least I did (this one thing)"? #Hope #Love #ShowUpForYourself #YouAreWorthIt #MondayMotivation
