Overnight oats with almond milk, vanilla whey protein, peanut butter, berries and plain Greek yogurt topped with sliced almonds, granola and blueberries hits the spot for me! Sometimes I add tofu for extra protein and creaminess 😋

@eliza_mac_ similar breakfast but substitute almond milk (pretty horrendous environmentally and usually has herbicides / pesticides in it) and use goat milk (higher in protein than normal milk and more digestible)

I always keep it down to 2 extra ingredients max (flavors flourish). Try it with coconut powder and dried grapes.
