@mariamenounos do you do any cardio or interval training, or do you stick to yoga and Pilates now? I haven’t been able to do anything since injuring my knee, and I’m losing my “fit” look fast. Do you find yoga and Pilates keeps the tone, or do you still toss in cardio?

Definitely going to listen to this now! Most of my workouts are now power yoga and it’s crazy what a difference it made for my mind and body
