artistajulia @westelm Please allow customers to review products on your website, so they have an idea of the quality product they are buying. I sent an email to customer service about a rug I bought falling part after 3 years, and they could care less, so at least if I had seen reviews about it, I may not have purchased that one.

molliebeitch West Elm has the worst customer service. It’s a shame because the furniture is beautiful. I’ve never encountered such unprofessional and rude service.
