Before ➡️ After.. Not the usual Transformation you’re used to seeing on Instagram?... My body has looked similar to the left picture for the last 6 years, through being the best gymnast I can be ??‍♂️.. The right picture is me today, 4 weeks NO gymnastics, Neck Surgery & many poor lifestyle decisions ?.. Give me 4 weeks there will be a 3rd picture??? Which will hopefully inspire you to always strive to be the best version of yourself & show with a little determination & hard graft you can achieve SO MUCH in a very short period of time ⏱??? laterskaters Hey Nile, loving that you’re taking us through your most recent recovery journey and can’t wait to see what other amazing transformation you’ll grace us with 😜 I’ve recently undergone a back injury when 2 of my vertebrae spasmed so badly that I couldn’t walk for 5 days😭 I haven’t been to the gym in 3 weeks and haven’t done aerial silks for 2 😢 Have you got any advice for the mindset of recovery? Lately I feel like I’ll never get back on track. Get well soon!

katyg82 I’ve had the same surgery it’s not nice I sympathise with you but you are the lucky one even though you won’t feel lucky I’m not allowed to go back to fitness be careful .......we are scar twins hahahaha xx

yahya_alkout Love You Man.. do a lot of passive hanging about 7 minutes total a day and deep squat sit about [10-30 minutes total].. a day .. ❤️and i love u man u helped me a lot🙏😄
