記念すべき200件目の投稿は神戸にある三つ星レストラン「カ・セント」。
今回は二回目の訪問なんですが、一回目と同様一番感動したのは、フォアグラのクリスピーサンド。日本で一番美味しいフォアグラ料理だと思います。
その他の料理のクオリティーも接客もワインも全てが一流で納得の三つ星かつ200投稿目にふさわしいレストランでした。

The 200th posting to commemorate is the three-star restaurant "Ca Sento" in Kobe.
This time it is the second visit, I think the crispy sandwiched by foie gras is the most delicious foie gras dish in Japan, like the first one.
The quality of the other cuisine, the service and the wine were restaurant which was suitable for 3 star and 200 postings which is all first class and convincing.
