Loved getting to check in with him on the important work he is doing on a governmental level to change the situation for all the people affected by war, and violence around the world. They REALLY care about refugees.
Our Goodwill Ambassador @ベン・スティラー met our Refugees Chief in Lebanon shortly before the latter's trip into Syria.
Their chat ahead of their two journeys had a similar message: millions of displaced Syrians are still in need. Many want to go home when the conditions are right.
This week, our Goodwill Ambassador Ben Stiller is in Lebanon meeting Syrian refugees across the country. From snowy mountains to the Bekaa Valley, to ramshackle homes in the north, Syrian refugees have been struggling away from home now for nearly 8 years.
