Happy Women’s Day!
Furla celebrates Women every day, today we are paying special homage to female creativity introducing three Italian artists. Get to meet them through their own words and works.
Sara Enrico’s inspirations draw from textiles and weaving, but also bronze, concrete, canvas, oil paint, in an ongoing exchange through material and immaterial.
In her artwork chosen for Furla the painted canvas becomes a container and a cast, while oil color is used as glue. The passage from the status of surface to that of volume takes the painting to the level of sculpture.
