Road to recovery... been a much better week. More moments of pain-free windows. Sleeping better. Able to do a little more in the gym. Diet on point thanks to @bodynovo Today @nikkimarie1309 and her clinic @physioedmedical had their wonderful Katie work on me. Been a hit second since I’ve been cupped. They are incredible over there. Grateful they are guiding the recovery.
