My face is a map of all the women who have loved me. The women who have held me, who have lifted me up, who challenged me and battled me into a more authentic version of myself. The ones who will never know they inspired me and the ones I will never know silently rooted for me. In this picture I see a version of myself other women have helped me become- determined, unapologetic, inspired and self-possessed. Imperfect and beautiful and raw. Vulnerable and unfuckwithable.
