vicente_con_v_de_valiente Yo soy café adicta ( trabajando tomo 2-3 al día ). Cuando descubrí q estaba embarazada casi en el 3er mes de embarazo y vi x primera vez a mí hijo en la ecografía temblando sus hombros a tope de cafeína... Lo dejé x completo. Evita posibles riesgos Gema. Tampoco comí sushi, ni alimentos crudos ( queso embutidos etc ). Muchas enfermedades y bacterias inocentes para nosotras pueden afectar al feto ( lee lo le pasó al hijo de Bertín Osborne ). Ya tendrás tiempo de disfrutar cuando pases estos meses tan especiales. t.martinez.l Yes! One cup a day. I sometimes wouldn’t even drink it all just enough to give me the nergy that I needed. Sometimes I mixed 1/2 decaf and 1/2 reg. Both my baby boys are strong & healthy 💙 enjoy!
