Tierra’s visually and verbally beautiful album “Whack World,” which “Bugs Life” is a part of, gives us a guided tour of the gifted 23-year-old’s worldview. Each track is one minute or less: some segue seamlessly into the next musical idea, some cut-off in what feels like midverse. The catalyst for her #music is wackiness.
